Next Step: Transition Program for Veterans, First Responders, and Educators

Leaving a life of service behind can be one of the hardest transitions a person will face. Whether you served in the military, worked as a first responder, or dedicated your life to education, stepping into a different career path and daily routine can feel overwhelming, uncertain, and isolating.

That’s why Angel Force Foundation created Next Step — a practical video-based transition program designed to help service-minded individuals navigate life after service with confidence, purpose, and direction.

This on-demand video series provides real-world guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help you successfully move into your next chapter.

Led by People Who Understand Service

This program is led by Joshua Yirkovsky, a decorated U.S. Navy veteran, certified Master Training Specialist (MTS), graduate of Northwest Florida State College’s Leadership Okaloosa program, and founder of Angel Force Foundation and Angel Force Protection.

With years of leadership, mentorship, and real-life transition experience, Josh understands the challenges many veterans, first responders, and educators face when leaving structured service environments and entering a completely different phase of life.

His approach is honest, practical, and focused on real solutions — not just theory.

Why Next Step Matters

People who dedicate their lives to serving others often spend years operating with structure, responsibility, and mission-driven purpose. When that chapter changes, many struggle with identity, direction, confidence, or simply knowing where to begin.

Next Step was created to help bridge that gap.

This program helps individuals recognize the value of their experience, understand how their skills translate into civilian life, and confidently move forward toward their next mission and purpose.
